Anju is a Korean inspired street eats restaurant. The name Anju means “Food that you eat when you’re drinking.” At Anju we want to normalize delicious food,and expand people’s knowledge and horizon on global cuisine and cultures.

Anju was formed in 2020 with the idea that food should be shared with your favorite people over drinks and an endearing atmosphere.  Andres, the founder, was first introduced to Korean food and culture through 11 years of marriage.  Through that, he fell in love with it and decided he’d share the experience with his community through ANJU Korean Eats.
